We at FREEDS are saddened to share the passing of Alan Orman. Alan was a 2nd generation co-owner of FREEDS, married to founder Sam Freed’s daughter, Diana Freed Orman, and father to Sandy Armeland and current co-owner, Dan Orman. In 1959, Alan partnered with his brother-in-law, Gerald Freed, to run the day-to-day operations of our business. We will all miss Alan’s gregarious and jovial personality.
