Return Policy

We ship across North America!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return the fashion item within 30 days. A $25 stocking fee in the currency of the original purchase will apply.  Fashion items must not be worn, altered, washed and must have their original tags in place, attached completely to the clothing item. Footwear must be sent back to us in their original box and original condition. FREEDS.com will not accept returns for underwear and swimwear. We have the right to refuse to accept any merchandise returned that cannot be resold. Any water, smoke, stain damage to fashion items will not be accepted. Please note: International orders and returns are subject to exchange rates.

Please contact us by email or by phone to make a return or for further assistance. FREEDS.com is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages during the return process.

How to return your fashion item:

Step 1: E-mail customerservice@freeds.com or call Toll Free at 1-(877)-537-3337 Ext 228 and request a return slip. We will email you back a return slip for you to print.


Step 2: 
Securely package the fashion item(s) you wish to return with a complete and signed copy of the invoice that you received with your order. Do not forget to include the document(s) invoice with your return.


Step 3:
 Attach your printed return label on the outside of the box and seal your package. 


Step 4:
 Schedule a pick-up with UPS or drop off the package to a location near you. To schedule a pick up or find locations near you please visit www.UPS.com or call. 

Please be aware, fashion items purchased in-store cannot be returned by packaged mail. 

Bring Your Item Back In-Store:

For our customers who live close to the FREEDS Retail Store in Windsor Ontario, Canada or who plan a trip to the city - you can always return an item back in-store. 

One of our customer specialists will be happy to assist you with your return. At this point, our specialists will inspect the fashion item(s) and approve the return based on our expected item standards. Once approved, your refund will also be processed at that time. Late Returns

FREEDS Retail Store and FREEDS.com has the right to refuse any returns if received after 30 days of purchase.

United States Returns

Returns from the U.S.A should be shipped via UPS. Please follow our easy return process.  

Refunds

In Store Refunds
Once we have received your item as a return in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed immediately. The way you will receive your refund is based on your original payment method. NOTE: International Orders and Returns are subject to exchange rates.

What you will need to obtain an in-store refund:

Please bring with you:

1. Invoice/Packing Slip.

2. Your item(s) purchased with their respective tags.

3. Your credit card used when you placed the order to our online store.

Please note, any returns received without a return slip/invoice packing slip or that does not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of FREEDS Retail Store or FREEDS.com.

Online Refunds

Once we have received your returned item(s) in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed to the card-issuing bank within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. Orders will get refunded minus a $25 restocking fee in the currency of the original purchase. It is our way of enhancing your shopping experience with us. Please refer to our return policy for how you can return your item. International orders are subject to exchange rates.   

Exchanges

Based on our stock availability, our customers can exchange items for different sizes if needed. Shipping is free on any replacement item above $100. For exchanges in the USA and abroad, duties and taxes may apply. 

We currently only offer our customers the opportunity to exchange sizes. If you wish to exchange your fashion item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return the fashion item for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Customers who would like to exchange their fashion item in-store, may do so.

Sale Policy

All of our fashion items are offered for sale for your own personal enjoyment and not intended for resale. Thus, we reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell our fashion items to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale. Our returns policy applies to all products bought in a promotion or seasonal sale.

Once a fashion item has been purchased, no further price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
