Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way.

Shipping Policy

In most cases, we provide free shipping to anywhere in Canada or the contiguous United States, on all out-bound orders over $100. However, there are certain orders that may require additional shipping charges.

Sales Tax.

There is no sales tax on any order to the United States.
Canadian orders are subject to sales tax.

Return Policy

Bought it but not absolutely in love with it? No problem!
Easily ship your item back to us!

Within 7 days of delivery, place the unworn item back in its original packaging (if possible).

Items cannot be not worn, altered, washed and must have their original tags in place, attached completely to the clothing item. Footwear must be sent back to us in their original box and original condition. We will not accept returns for underwear, swimwear and gift cards.
We ask that you keep the items in brand-new condition as any items with water/smoke stains or other damage will be considered unreturnable.

Sale and/or discounted items are final sale, so they are not able to be refunded. However, they are eligible for an exchange or online store credit.

Please note:
We require that our United States customers ship their returns through USPS.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any expense related to a return shipment.
All returns sent with C.O.D. will be refused.

 

How To Return Your Item

1. Simply email customerservice@freeds.com indicating you would like to return an item from your order and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

2.  Follow these steps:
  1. Take the invoice received with your order OR print your order confirmation email
  2. Circle the item on the invoice/printed email that you’re returning,
  3. Indicate the reason for the return, (see below)
  4. Sign your name on the invoice/printed email.

3. Place your signed invoice (or signed printed order confirmation email) with your completed return information inside its original packaging (if possible) with the item you are returning.
Please do not forget to include the signed invoice/printed email with your return.

 

4. Write the words “Return of Merchandise” along with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) on the outside of your parcel. This ensures accuracy upon receipt of your return.

 

5. For U.S. Customers:

When your package is ready take your parcel to your nearest USPS, complete any customs forms required by the post office, pay for postage, and ship back to the address below.

For Canadian Customers:

When your package is ready, choose a mail carrier of your choice, pay for postage, and ship back to the address below:

Please keep your receipt for tracking purposes, all returns must have a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned merchandise. 
 
6. Once the item is received and processed, you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment (may take 3-5 days for processing)

How To Exchange Your Item

We currently offer our customers the opportunity to exchange sizes for the same style.

In order to exchange for a different size, it is the exact same procedure as returns (see above) and we will send you an RMA number.
The only difference is instead of getting a refund, we will send you the desired product.
Exchange items will be shipped to you once the original item arrives back at our warehouse and is processed.
If you wish to exchange your fashion item for an alternative style, please return the fashion item for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
If there is a price difference, we will then make the necessary adjustments accordingly.
We are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages during the return process.


Late Returns

Unfortunately, any returns or return requests received after 7 days of delivery cannot be refunded

 

Sale Policy

All of our fashion items are offered for sale for your own personal enjoyment and not intended for resale. Thus, we reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell our fashion items to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.
Once a fashion item has been purchased, no further price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

 

Cancel Your Order

Have a problem with your order? Not an issue, once you place an order, you have up to one hour to cancel.
Please note that this will cancel your entire order. If you’d like to remove individual items from your order, or cancel an order placed please call Customer Support at 1-877-5-FREEDS or email customerservice@freeds.com
