How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website by adding items you wish to purchase. Just simply add the fashion items in the shopping bag by clicking “Add to Bag.” You can also order by calling FREEDS.com TOLL-FREE at 1-(877)-537-3337.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

As our customer, you can place an order as a guest or register an account with FREEDS.com. Registering an account provides you future convenience such as:

  • Fast and easy check outs
  • Easy access to your order history and order status
  • Exclusive offers and promotions
  • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. There will be instructions on how to obtain your new password.

Which size should I choose?

All fashion items are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer/manufacturer. To help choose which size will suit you best, simply view the sizing chart, use your live chat, or email customerservice@freeds.com for sizing and fit advice. 

How do I know a fashion item is sold out?

All fashion items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that fashion items in your shopping bag can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, add it to your Wish List to save and view at any time and be notified when it is back in stock.

What payment methods does FREEDS accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at FREEDS.com?

Your personal online security is a priority to us at FREEDS.com. We use Authorize.net, one of the largest secure, fastest and reliable payment gateway’s that encrypts your card details, which store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. 

Every online order is processed through our secure checkout system. If you would prefer to place your order by telephone, simply call our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist you.

What currency is FREEDS.com in?

Orders to Canada will be charged in CDN dollars. If you are visiting our website from the USA, you will see USD pricing based on the exchange rate of the day.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices displayed on FREEDS.com do not show taxes and duties. For orders in Canada, applicable taxes will apply. Duties do not apply for domestic orders. FREEDS.com charges the appropriate local sales tax based on the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. The sales tax displayed at checkout is estimated and the final applicable tax will be calculated when your order is shipped.

For International orders, all relevant import taxes and duties may apply when fashion items are shipped.

What package will my order be shipped in?

All sale orders will be shipped in basic packaging. Orders consisting solely of shoes will be delivered in the original designer packaging placed into a plain brown box.

Can I change my shipping address after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Please provide us with a suitable shipping address with specified delivery times.

How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?

After you have placed your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be charged at time of dispatch. In a rare occasion that any of the items you have ordered are not available, you will receive an email from our Customer Care team and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

How do I Return or Exchange an item?

Step 1: E-mail customerservice@freeds.com or call Toll Free at 1-(877)-537-3337 Ext 228 and request a return slip. We will email you back a return slip for you to print.

Step 2: Securely package the fashion item(s) you wish to return with a complete and signed copy of the invoice that you received with your order. Do not forget to include the document(s) invoice with your return.

Step 3: You can then attach the return label on the outside of the box and seal your package. 

Step 4: You can schedule a pick-up with UPS or drop off the package to a location near you. To schedule a pick up or find locations near you please visit www.UPS.com or call. 

Please be aware, fashion items purchased in-store cannot be returned to FREEDS.com. 

Exchanges

It is free to exchange items for a different size in Canada. U.S customers who wish to exchange may be charged a $25 re-stocking fee which is based on our sole discretion. To exchange a fashion item, simply specify the new size you would like at the time of requesting your return slip and follow the return steps listed under returns. Please be aware, we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Return Policy

Fashion items must not be worn, altered, washed and must still have their original tags in place. Footwear must be sent back to us in their original box and original condition. FREEDS.com will not accept returns for underwear and swimwear. We have the right to refuse to accept any merchandise returned that cannot be resold. Any water, smoke, stain damage to fashion items will not be accepted. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Please contact us by email customerserive@freeds.com or by phone TOLL-FREE  at 1-(877)-537-3337 Ext 228   to make areturn or for further assistance. FREEDS.com is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. If a fashion item is not a proper fit, you can exchange it in-store or online for another size and follow our easy returns process.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card or your FREEDS.com account and will exclude shipping costs. Fashion items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. Please note, incurred shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 7 business days once the fashion item is received.
