Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
As our customer, you can place an order as a guest or register an account with FREEDS.com. Registering an account provides you future convenience such as:
- Fast and easy check outs
- Easy access to your order history and order status
- Exclusive offers and promotions
- Manage your account details, order history and email preferences.
How do I Return or Exchange an item?
I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. There will be instructions on how to obtain your new password.
Which size should I choose?
All fashion items are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer/manufacturer. To help choose which size will suit you best, simply view the sizing chart, use your live chat, or email firstname.lastname@example.org for sizing and fit advice.
How do I know a fashion item is sold out?
All fashion items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that fashion items in your shopping bag can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, add it to your Wish List to save and view at any time and be notified when it is back in stock.
What payment methods does FREEDS accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
How much Duties and Taxes will I have to pay?
Sales taxes will be charged at the federal and provincial rates applicable in the province to which the order is being shipped. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.
While a majority of our items are made in Canada and the USA, some items that are of international origin may be subject to import duties or taxes.
What package will my order be shipped in?
All sale orders will be shipped in basic packaging. Orders consisting solely of shoes will be delivered in the original designer packaging placed into a plain brown box.
Can I change my shipping address after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch.
How will I know you received my order and when will payment be processed?
After you have placed your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In most cases, your card will only be charged at time of dispatch. However, your card may be charged earlier if your item is arriving to us from a warehouse or you are using the payment gateway sezzle (payments expire quickly on sezzle). In a rare occasion that any of the items you have ordered are not available, you will receive an email from our Customer Care team and we will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
