United Way Centraide Windsor-Essex Chatham-Kent is a local organization dedicated to creating opportunities and removing barriers so children, youth, and families can thrive. Through our programs and community partnerships, we work to remove barriers, empower children and youth, and help individuals and families build brighter futures.

Through our Cradle to Career strategy and community programs, United Way has supported thousands of children, youth, and families across Windsor-Essex County. From providing academic support and mentorship to ensuring access to nutritious food, our programs address the root causes of poverty and help create pathways to success.

On Track to Success provides wraparound academic, mentorship, and financial support to help students graduate from high school and pursue post-secondary education. The program supports youth and their families through key challenges, achieving a 93% on-time graduation rate—well above the provincial average.
