Shipping Policy

In most cases, we provide free shipping to anywhere in Canada or the contiguous United States, on all out-bound orders over $150.00.

FOR CUSTOMERS RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES:

DUTY AND TARIFF CHARGES

Please be aware that due to customs regulations and trade conditions between the United States and Canada, your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. These charges are assessed by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

If any tariffs or import fees are applied, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any fees. In the event that a package is refused due to these charges, FREEDS will not issue a refund on the items purchased.

Sales Tax.

There is no sales tax on any order to the United States.
Canadian orders are subject to sales tax.

Sale Policy

All of our fashion items are offered for sale for your own personal enjoyment and not intended for resale. Thus, we reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell our fashion items to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.
Once a fashion item has been purchased, no further price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
